Windows 7 ~ disable pen effect

這是用繪版在win7底下的鳥問題

因為他點下去的效果會造成painter畫圖lag的現象

所以一定要把他關掉不可XD

Click Start, type in gpedit.msc and hit enter.

Click through User Configuration --Administrative Templates -- Windows Components -- Tablet PC -- Cursors.

Double click on "Turn off pen feedback" and select Enabled to enable the filter that turns off the ripple.
